I’ve always been a fan of Fred Perry.

I was never a mod nor a skin but for some reason I loved their simple branding and their desire to stay true to the heritage.

I even interviewed with them once for a product developers position – It went down to me and 1 other person but sadly I wasn’t successful. I don’t think I’ve ever been so upset about not getting a job than I was about that but that was many years ago……and things are so different now. And so it seems is their  womenswear range….

Thanks to Susie Bubble’s recent update I am all a dither about their new Women’s collection (by Richard Nicoll) featuring lurex twin sets and the iconic logo in the form of a broach emblazoning drop needle knits and retro t’s.
